York International Women’s Week ‘Respect and Recognition’ 7th – 15th March 2020
CALL FOR EVENTS NOW CLOSED
A group of women has again come together to promote local events to celebrate International Women’s Day, March 8th, through grassroots and other events. The focus this year will be ‘Respect and Recognition’ and events can have a local, national or international theme. As usual, we will produce a printed brochure, flyers and a website, and will promote events via social media.
The core focus will be on events during the week 7th – 15th March but we will also consider relevant events either side of those dates, please ask us.
Please keep to the deadlines as we will not be able to take late entries. You are welcome to submit a skeleton outline for your event if that is all you have by the deadline. You can then add further detail later on the facebook page as well as through your own advertising channels.
It is crucial that you stick to the guidelines for entries – click on the link at the top of the application form itself.
