DESCRIPTION: A balanced yoga class suitable for everyone. The Iyengar approach to yoga teaching emphasises careful alignment for the health of body, breath and mind. You’ll need a firm floor, a bit of wall and some folded blankets or towels. UK FROK supports the rights and empowerment of women and girls in North West Pakistan www.frok.org.uk.

DESCRIPTION: What does ‘home’ mean to you? In a safe space, share memories, stories, poems, music, artwork. Show treasured items reminding you of home, or photos of people/pets/places, or songs, sounds, scents. ‘Home’ in childhood, at work, in retirement. Everyone can have 5 minutes to share, with the option of this being recorded. If the topic resonates, please join us or get in touch to explore further possibilities.

Each participant will produce something: drawing, text, poetry, performance, whatever you like! We will do individual, small group and general group work.
