DESCRIPTION: Femmes Fortissimo is a brass band project begun in 2018 that puts on an annual concert as part of the wider YIWW programme. Under new conductor Clare Winter the band of all female-identifying players from brass bands across Yorkshire will celebrate this year’s Solidarity theme through the power of music, audio-visuals and spoken word in an entertaining concert for all. Featuring guest soloist trombonist Rebecca Lundberg (The Fairey Band).
