York International Women’s Week ‘Respect and Recognition’ 7th – 15th March 2020
A group of volunteers has again come together to promote local events to celebrate International Women’s Day, March 8th, through grassroots and other events. The focus this year is ‘Respect and Recognition’ and events cover local, national and international issues.
All the events are not-for-profit, many are free, and some have a small cost to cover expenses (e.g. for the venue, or workshop materials).
On offer this year are workshops, performances, talks, and films, and we hope you will join us some of the events.
